Gearhead Records has signed Japan's Electric Eel Shock. From the label:

The band recently released a split 7" picture disc with Texas' the Riverboat Gamblers. The 14 track full length Go USA! was recorded at Wisseloord studios in Holland with Grammy nominated producer Attie Bauw (Judas Preist, The Scorpians).

Electric Eel Shock is headed out on a 6 weeks US tour in mid February. They'll share the stage with Guitar Wolf on a few dates and will appear at Gearhead's SXSW showcase.
