Sources are reporting that former members of Beloved have begun a new project titled Prisoner. Consisting of Matt Harrison (guitars), Joe Musten (drums) and Johnny Smrdel (bass), they describe it as "heavy music in the most brutal, in your face kind of way."

The band expect to have a website with some of their material online in the coming months. Beloved called it a day in December 2004. They released their final record, Failure On in 2003.
