Criteria has announced that they are completing the mixing of their upcoming follow up to 2003's En Garde. Due to the apparent "early retirement" of former label, Initial Records, the band is currently without label and consequently without a release date or home for the record.

The band will also be opening for …And You Will Know Us By The Trail of Dead at Sokol auditorium in April.
