Billy Spunke of Thick Records and the Blue Meanies has put together the Valley Of The Vapors independent music festival. The event will take place from March 16th thru the 19th in Hot Springs, Arkansas. It will feature 15 Bands over 4 days, including New Black, Hanalei, the Architects (ex-Gadjits/Anniversary) and the Paper Chase. All shows at will take place at Maxine's / 700 Central in downtown Hot Springs.
