The Lost Patrol has announced the follow up to Songs About Running Away. The upcoming self-titled record was released in Europe on April 18th, The record is the third "solo" record from former Refused frontman, Dennis Lyxzén.

The label had this to say about it last year:

This time however Dennis has decided to punch/punk it up (no more 70's/folky singer-songwriter stuff) and has enlisted a band and recorded songs + done a few shows here in Sweden under the name The Lost Patrol Band. […] We've just heard his own words about it, and it seems to be more power-pop/punk or something like that.
