The Exit has signed to Wind-Up Records. Here's some excerpts taken from a statement made on the band's messageboard:

I think it's awesome that there are still record labels willing to cater to artists demands, and actually believe in every band they sign. We didn't want to be at a major label that signs 100 bands a year and 95 of them fall off the face of the earth. Wind-Up signs 1-3 bands a year and focuses on them. We're taking as big a gamble with them as any other 'big label' out there. We're excited about our future there, we're excited to have our records finally available in stores. It was the best option for our band, and we hope for good things to come this year.

The band's Wind-Up debut, according to the label's site, will be out some time later this year. It'll follow up the band's last record on Some, last year's Home For An Island.
