August Burns Red has signed with Solid State Records. The band had this to say about the signing and their upcoming record:

We're extremely excited to announce that we've signed a deal with Solid State Records! Simply put, this is a dream come true for every member of the band. We've all been fans of this label for years and we're honored to be getting a chance to work with them. We will be spending a few weeks with producer/engineer Adam D. to record our debut full length. The recording will be taking place early this summer at Dark Horse Recording Studio in Nashville, TN.
