Pastepunk is reporting that members of Reformation and Silent Majority (particularly lead vocalist Tommy Corrigan) have formed Capital. The group is self-described as a mix between Dag Nasty, Quicksand and Avail. Capital will play their first shows this summer and plan to record a demo soon after.
