A number of updates have come in from Lovitt Records.

Decahedron has announced an indefinite hiatus; with singer/guitarist Shelby Cinca busy with his other D.C. outfit the Cassettes and drummer Jason Hamacher currently acting as massage therapist for the Dillinger Escape Plan on their current Warped dates,

The band recently released the 2005 EP.

After the end of their current tour, bassist Basla Andolsun will be leaving Del Cielo. The band's last scheduled show with her will be Lovitt's 10th Anniversary show in D.C. The other members, guitarist Andrea Lisi and drummer Katy Otto, are unsure of the band's future, but "plan on playing with someone new and seeing what happens." The band released Us Vs. Them earlier this year.

Dame Fate has called it a day. Citing "everyone's different, hectic schedules," it was hard for them to stay active. The band's final release was 2002's Time And Tide Wait For No Man.

Engine Down, who recently announced their demise, will receive the DVD treatment some time in the future. The DVD will largely comprise itself of footage from the band's current and final ongoing tour. Lovitt is asking for anyone with footage of the band to send it to: PO Box 100248, Arlington, VA, 22210.

A Lovitt Transmissions: Volume Two DVD is currently in the works. The label is looking for footage of any of the following bands: Bughummer, Del Cielo, Navies, the Grey, Decahedron, Ben Davis, Maximillian Colby, Pinebender, and Dame Fate. If you'd like to contribute, you can email the label at info@lovitt.com with the subject line "Lovitt DVD."
