"Effective April 15th , the Denver Department of Excise and Licenses has changed their interpretations of the Cabaret Ordinance to disallow any person under the age of 21 to attend an event during which alcohol is served, even if it is served in a separate location and inaccessible to those under 21 years of age. The change is in response to the public outcry over the drug Ecstasy.
