Green Day has tapped The Network to provide support on some of the upcoming dates on their ongoing tour with Jimmy Eat World. The band, who released Money Money 2020 in 2003 is also planning to perform at two "secret" shows at the Wiltern Theater in Los Angeles and The Warfield in San Francisco.

In related news, some more information has surfaced regarding Green Day's upcoming live DVD, Bullet in a Bible. The disc, which which was directed by Samuel Bayer - the same director responsible for the videos taken from the multi-platinum American Idiot. It documents two of the biggest shows in the band's career, both at the Milton Keynes National Bowl in front of 130,000 people in June of this year. The title of the DVD was inspired by an exhibit at the Imperial War Museum in London

Among the contents of the DVD are 100 minutes of performances, behind-the-scenes footage, interviews with band members as well as footage of fans. The DVD follows the band's successful album, which has won numerous awards including a Grammy for Best Rock Album and seven MTV Video Music Award nominations.
