The Militia Group officially announced the signing of The Appleseed Cast yesterday. The band made their own announcement in October.

The label's announcement includes some new details however, including lineup changes and more recording information. The band is currently tracking at Pachyderm Studios in Minneapolis, MN with producer John Congleton (Exlosions in The Sky). The band will later lay down vocals and finishing touches with Congleton at Blacklodge Studios in Lawrence, KS.

The band recently added drummer Nathan Richardson (Coalesce, The Casket Lottery) The band expects to release the album in the spring, and will be touring beginning this December. They previously released Two Conversations via defunct independent, Tiger Style.
