Trojan Records have announced the launch of their Selecta series of budget priced quarterly label samplers. The label aims to target the new audience of reggae with lower priced groupings of recent releases, as well as staples from the label's catalogue.
Vol. 1 will be released early next year, and is comprised mostly of older releases, with styles ranging from ska to dub, dancehall and reggae. Included will be Desmond Dekker, Mike Brooks, Lee Perry and Dennis Brown.
