After a troubled year which saw the loss of catalogs from Green Day, Avail, Screeching Weasel, The Queers and many others, as well as the lay offs of two-thirds of its staff, Lookout! has "returned to its roots" and rejoined the Lumberjack/Mordam group.

The label started off with Mordan and was with the distributor for more than a decade. After twelve years together, Lookout! moved its CD business to Red Distribution while Mordam retained the Panic Button imprint as well as EPs and Vinyl. As of this month, Lumberjack/Mordam will again take over the label's extensive catalog and upcoming releases.
