Long Island's Capital (featuring ex-Silent Majority vocalist Tommy Corrigan) have released a new song from their upcoming album. "Emergency Broadcast" is available for streaming from the band's myspace page. Signal Corps is being released "total d.i.y. style" by the band.

The band is also releasing a CD/7" split with fellow Long Islanders Crime In Stereo.
