The lineup has been announced for Oh Shit! A Fest. The show, set for February 10th, 2006 will take place in a handful of venues in downtown Phoenix, AZ.

Bands scheduled to perform include De Sole, Casket Life, The Necronauts, Facing New York, The Valley Arena, Peachcake, Family Secret, Glass And Ashes, Asleep In the Sea, Mikoto, Parkway Wretch, Wax Vultures, And The Hero Fails, Beyond Analog, Landmine Marathon, Huskies, Push to Talk, Calcutta Bazaar, The Liars Handshake, Tafkata and Dust Jacket.
