Day Of Contempt has enlisted guitarist Lisa Marx, formerly of Kittie and Scars of Tomorrow. The Australian hardcore band relocated to Orange County and has released one EP via Epitaph, 2005's The Will to Live.

Marx is featured in the current issue of Revolver Magazine as part of their "Hottest Chicks in Metal" feature. Day of Contempt is currently tour with Avenged Sevenfold and continues to write new material for a full length on an as-yet undetermined record label.
