The Evaluation is calling it a day. The following message was posted at their label's site:

After a very long history, The Evaluation has decided to come to end. We love everyone who has ever supported us, who has ever given us a place to sleep, who has ever booked a show and whoever cared in general. We believe that the time has come for The Evaluation name to be put to rest.

The band will be playing on final show on February 3rd in Valporaiso, IN with The Skies We Built (ex-Ateriavia, ex-Cabaret). As for post-Evalution projects, drummer/sequencer David Lubarski will be working on his electronic project Nor.

The band released their sole full length, We Built the Gun That Causes This Unending Fear, on Lujo Records in 2003.
