Misery Index set to vist US, Canada and Japan

Political grindcore act, Misery Index, who recently joined Relapse, have announced their upcoming tour schedule which includes stops in the US, Canada and Japan. The Baltimore-based quartet previously released Retaliate via Nuclear Blast/EMI and also a handful of splits and EPs.

They are currently in the studio in Atlanta, Georgia working on their Relapse debut with producer/engineer Eyal Levi and are aiming for a May 2006 release. The band is described as "pushing the boundaries of metal, hardcore and punk" and some sample tracks can be found here.
