Ferret's influential metalcore act, Zao have titled their sophomore full length for the label. The band has dubbed the album, The Fear Is What Keeps Us Here and worked on it with legendary producer Steve Albini. Albini, a veteran producer who was responsible for major releases from Nirvana and the Pixies, also handled a number of underground favorites like records from Neurosis, Slint, Pegboy, F-Minus and The Ex.

For their upcoming tour, the band will be opening up their setlist for fans to select. Zao fans are invited to suggest songs via their MySpace page . Suggestions will be compiled and the band will formulate their set list based on the most popular requests, throwing in a couple of new tracks for good measure. Any track from their catalog as far back as Where Blood and Fire Bring Rest through their Ferret Music debut, The Funeral Of God.
