Eyeball Records has announced the signing of Boulder, Colorado's Signal to Noise. The band formed in 2004 and most recently self-released the Stop When the Rain Starts EP.
The band is currently working on new material for a full length due out this fall.

In the coming weeks, the band has a SXSW appearance planned as well as dates with The Blackout Pact, Grace Gale, and The Swayback.
