Head Automatica has released the first (official) track from their upcoming sophomore full length, Popaganda. The album follows their debut, Decadance. The band worked on the new album with producer Howard Benson and production manager Robert Nelson will be filming the process for an documentary on the making of the record.

Vocalist Daryl Palumbo had this to say:

Greetings & Salutations friends! This is Daryl Palumbo and it's 30 degrees & slushy outside. I'm writing to let you know that we in The Head Automatica Youth Hostel have just completed our second full length album entitled, Popaganda (Produced by Howard Benson). We're so antsy to let you all hear it, that we've decided to give you a piece. The tune we'd like to share with you is a song called "Graduation Day." We do hope you enjoy it. Our good friend, Gerard Way from My Chemical Romance sings some back-ups on it as well. We shall see each of you when we roll through your town in the next few months. Be there. We will. Till then, It's Graduation Day. Put on a fucking coat. Kiss. Dar
