UK-based skate-punk act Pendleton have signed to Distort Manchester/Proper Distribution. The band formed in 1999 and describes their major influences as including Lagwagon, Strung Out, A Wilhelm Scream, Thrice, Propagandhi, Belvedere and of course, NOFX.

The band has posted a new track, 'The Shirking Class' on their Myspace page.

The band is planning to release a new EP, titled You, By Us this summer and will accompany the release for a four week UK tour.
