Recent Negative Progression signing, Los Angeles-based Amity has set a July 11th, 2006 release date for their upcoming full length debut. The band recorded this past February with Jeremy Griffith formerly of Moments in Grace at his studio in Florida.

The album is titled Internecine and is their first full length.
