Long Island, NY's Patent Pending announced some of their upcoming dates in support of the June 6th, 2006 release of their full length debut for WPO Records

Originally scheduled for May, the album follows their previous releases Patent Pending Is Your Biological Father and Don't Quit Your Day Job and is now titled Save Each Other, The Whales Are Doing Fine. The album was recorded with Joseph A. Pedulla (Thursday, This Day Forward, We're All Broken) at Big Blue Meanie Studios in Hoboken, NJ.

The band will be performing some scattered dates, release parties before embarking on a few dates on the Warped Tour.
