Spokane, Washington-based Scatterbox (ex-Moral Crux) will be recording their album this winter with producer Steve Albini at Electrical Audio. Albini, a veteran of acts including Shellac and Big Black, recently produced an album from Zao and was responsible for major releases from Nirvana and the Pixies, also handled a number of underground favorites like records from Neurosis, Slint, Pegboy, F-Minus and The Ex.

The band will be releasing the as-yet untilted album on Clickpop Records.
