Portland, Oregon's Life At These Speeds will be releasing their new album on September 19th via Level Plane. To Your Health is the followup to their self-titled debut, which was recently reissued on CD with bonus tracks from splits with Sinaloa and End on End.
The band is also headed out on tour in August on the East Coast of the USA and is recommended to "[those] who are remotely interested in the sounds of Shotmaker, Drive Like Jehu, Rites Of Spring and Twelve Hour Turn."
