Only Crime have wrapped up recording on their second full length album and follow up to 2004's To The Nines. The album is the second this year from frontman Russ Rankin, who's band Good Riddance delivered My Republic.

It is also the ten millionth from producer/drummer Bill Stevenson who contributed to records from Rise Against, the Lemonheads, The Casualties, The Mag Seven and more, with many hundreds just yesterday. That may be a slight exaggeration, but the Descendents mastermind has kept quite busy both as a musician as a popular producer.

The record is due out in January on Fat Wreck Chords and while a track listing has not been nailed down, the band has recorded sixteen tracks, one of which can be found streaming on their Myspace page.
