Valiant Death Records have announced that they'll be releasing an LP from Athens, GA singer-songwriter Madeline. The album, The Slow Bang, will be released September 20th. The label had this to say about her music:

While still maintaining her beautiful folk style she has also expanded to incorporate new elements in her music and drums, piano, bass, backing vocals, and more chime in (always at the perfect moment)

Madeline is currently wrapping up a Summer tour with the Door Keys and has a Fall tour in the works, in addition to tours with Tilly and the Wall and David Dondero next year.

Orange Twin Records will release this album on CD this Winter.
