The Gossip have announced plans to take their 2006 full length, Standing in the Way of Control, on the road starting today. The band will be joined on all dates by Los Angeles' new wave / punk act Mika Miko. San Francisco's Erase Errata will support the tour until mid September, when they'll be swapped out for Portland's Swan Island.

Standing in the Way of Control was described in a four-star review from the `Org as "one of the first great records of 2006."
