Lifetime have given us some exclusive news about their upcoming release plans.

On November 21st, the band will be making their debut for Decaydance in the form of a two song 7-inch. The songs were recorded at Atomic Studio in Brooklyn, engineered by Jesse Cannon and mixed by Steve Evetts. The a-side, "Haircuts & T-shirts," was debuted when the band played two sold out nights at NYC's Bowery Ballroom this past July and the b-side "All Night Long" says guitarist Dan Yemin, "picks up exactly where we left off [with Jersey's Best Dancers] only 10 years older & wiser."

The band is headed to the UK in October and will return to Trax East on October 16th to begin work on their 2007 full length.

The band will be performing again in the United States just prior to the release for two release shows in Philadelphia and Asbury Park. Those shows were announced this past weekend.
