In a move that has this editor too excited, Microcosm Publishing is putting five of its artists on the road this September and October for the Thinkin', Stinkin', Rarely Drinkin' 2006 Tour. Dave Roche will be reading about having crohn's disease as well as his insightful and thought-provoking look at substitute teaching, On Subbing. Joe Biel will play four short videos, including "Martinis In the Bike Lane," "Last Train Out of North America," "Of Dice and Men," and "Central Canvas, Canvas Central." Joshua Ploeg will be "cooking up a gourmet vegan storm" while Cristy Road, who is responsible for artwork for many recent zines including Survivor, will be reading from her zine Indestructible. Bringing it all together will be Mary Chamberlain. She'll be driving the van and tabling for Tree of Knowledge distro.
