Signal To Noise will release a digital only downloadable EP on Eyeball Records in mid-November entitled Stop When the Rain Starts. The five song offering will include tracks exclusive to the release and can be found on the "major sites including iTunes". The band has posted the song "Wolves" for download here. The release is a prelude to their debut full-length for Eyeball due out early in 2007.
