Chuck Ragan has announced plans to record a solo album on his MySpace blog.

"As of today, I'm beginning pre-production for a new record. Come early Jan. 2007, I'll begin recording this thing. I've decided to do it quite a bit different than I ever have which is exciting beyond belief to me. I'll keep everyone posted in this way with all of the info, who's involved and the when and where's of the progress. Or at least try to keep up with it the best I can. The whole point of this is to let everyone know how much we appreciate your good energy. I must say that I look forward to this record since it's been a dream for quite some time now, and to me this will just be another way to say thank you my friends!"

Chuck is currently releasing a series of 7" records via No Idea Records.
