The New York Times has assembled a detailed look at punk godfathers, The Stooges. The band recently reunited after a lengthy hiatus and recorded a new album, titled The Weirdness.

The story talks about the history of the band, as well as their recent reconciliation as well as presenting the outsider perspective of Minutemen bassist Mike Watt who worked on the new album.
