My Chemical Romance recently spoke with Billboard about the band's future plans. The band plan to continue touring in support of The Black Parade, making stops in the UK and Europe, and hope to travel to China and South America for the first time.

The band also noted that discussions are underway regarding a film adaptation of The Black Parade. According to Ray Toro (guitar):

We're very conscious of spreading ourselves too thin. If the opportunity does come about where we can really do it the right way, it's something we would look into. But right now we're concentrating on the touring side; that's where this band really thrives and where we have the most fun.

The Black Parade was released last year through Warner.
