Rise Against / Silverstein / Comeback Kid

Rise Against have announced their first headlining tour since the release of The Sufferer & the Witness. The band had this to say:

While we've enjoyed sharing stages with everyone from Thursday to Billy Talent to My Chem this year, we decided that it's time to hit the road on our own, hog the stage a bit longer, and bring some of our friends with us to join in on the fun. This summer, we'll be heading out on a full North American tour to see all of our American and Canadian fans one more time this year.

For the tour, which is still being announced, the band has enlisted two Canadian Victory Records acts - Silverstein and Comeback Kid. In addition, the band is promising special guests for the tour, including Holy Roman Empire. HRE vocalist Emily Schambra also provided vocals on some tracks on Witness which leads to the possibility of Rise Against performing the songs with her on the tour.
