Promoter Man in Anger has announced the intial lineup for the 4th Montreal Chaos Fest. The August 25th event promises shows from noon until midnight, with a trio of long running UK punk bands headlining. The show will feature apperances from Stoke-on-Trent's Discharge, London's Conflict (part of an overall Canadian tour), and Broken Bones. More bands are expected to be announced soon.
