Toronto pop punk act Mugshot has called it quits after ten years. The band's MySpace page has statements from both vocalist / bassist Nick and drummer Matt, with the singer declaring his intentions to move on with his life and and the drummer stating that "I can assure you this was not a mutual decision, however how many breakups end on a positive note? Not too many."

All of the band's previously scheduled shows have been canceled.
