Worcester, MA's Four Year Strong has unveiled the release date for their debut album, Rise or Die Trying. The album will hit stores September 18th via I Surrender.

The label touts the band as "[blending] catchy pop guitars and chugging breakdowns bringing to mind bands like New Found Glory and Lifetime while adding elements of hardcore influenced by Set Your Goals, He Is Legend and Gorilla Biscuits…with synthesizer overlay."

Rise or Die Trying follows up two self-released EPs by the band, the last of which was 2005's Demo.

The band have some tour dates coming up as well, including several with a package including From First to Last, Alesana and Vanna.
