In perhaps the most overdue performance ever, The Mighty Mighty Bosstones have been scheduled to appear on Jimmy Kimmel Live!. Overdue, of course, because of frontman Dicky Barrett's prominent role on the program since 2004.

The band was scheduled to appear on November 13th, but the likely writer's strike will likely jeopardize the airing. Most sources are pointing to a November 5th strike date which will affect most scripted television, including the current event–oriented Kimmel show.
