Rancid recording with Brett Gurewitz

Rancid
by Aubin Paul Hellcat 18 years ago

Rancid has entered the studio with producer Brett Gurewitz to begin work on their seventh studio album.

The album is the first from the band since 2003's Indestructible. While it has been a few years since the band's last record as a group, the individual members have been quite busy. Tim Armstrong released A Poet's Life, Lars Frederiksen and the Bastards delivered Viking and bassist Matt Freeman hit the road with Social Distortion. The album also marks the recorded debut of drummer Brandon Steineckert who took over drum duties from Brett Reed last year
