New Slackers LP to be released by Indication in April

The Slackers
by Adam White Indication 18 years ago

New York City ska luminaries The Slackers have completed their new full length, entitled Self Medication. The album marks the band's first release for the the Pietasters founded Indication Records label. The record will be in stores on April 29, 2008.

Self Medication follows up 2006's Hellcat released Peculiar, but the Slackers are rather prolific between "proper full lengths" so that's not quite the whole story. Since `06 the band has released a DVD documentary, the Slack In Japan live import and most recently the The Boss Harmony Sessions LP featuring LA DJ Boss Harmony.
