Md–'90s hardcore act Threadbare will be playing a reunion show to benefit a potential scholarship fund in honor of bassist Dustin Perry's sister, Stephanie, who lost her fight with cancer in 2006.

It will be the band's first show since 1996 and will take place July 18 at the Triple Rock in Minneapolis, MN. Story of the Sea is set to open up, with others to be announced.

Threadbare released several EPs through labels like Watermark and Doghouse, and saw its members to record and/or perform with 108, Snapcase and the Blinding Light.
