It seems that the track “Dope Nose” from Weezer’s upcoming album Maladroit has been getting airplay all over North America. This is pretty interesting since the album has not yet been submitted to a record label (Weezer’s relation with their label is still up in the air). Some of the biggest rock stations in L.A., Washington, Toronto and elsewhere have been playing the track. Also, for unsaid (but presumably legal) reasons the band’s audio/video page has been taken down, so the track is unavailable.
