Louisville, KY's Head Above Water have posted some tracks from their upcoming full length entitled Alone. Recorded with Kevin Ratterman (elliott, wax fang) at the Funeral Home in Louisville, Alone promises "nine songs of introspective and melodic hardcore for fans of Turning Point, Dag Nasty and Stay Gold" (guitarist Eagle Barber played drums in the influential northwest hardcore band). The record will be released on August 16th and a split 7" with Birmingham AL's monoliths (ex-Holy Trinity) will be following soon afterwards along with the LP version of the album.
