According to a report from Fox News, Travis Barker of Blink 182 and Plus 44 has filed a lawsuit against two companies that he alleges were responsible for the tragic plane crash which killed four people and critically injured Barker and DJ AM.

Barker is suing Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company, which owned the Learjet which crashed, and an aeroplane maintenance company. Barker is asking for $25,000 for pain and suffering, disfigurement, loss of earnings plus medical and legal expenses.

The lawsuit claims that the plane's pilots were not properly trained and that the Learjet was "defective."
