State of Mind Recordings have signed Southern California-based melodic punk act Truth Is. Based on their myspace page, the band is influenced by bands like NOFX, Bouncing Souls, Lifetime, Quicksand, Avail and Face to Face. They will be recording eight songs for an EP beginning later this month for a release early 2009.
