Former Sunny Day Real Estate vocalist Jeremy Enigk has announced his next solo album. The record is titled OK Bear and is due out May 12, 2009. It is the follow-up to The Missing Link which was released in 2007.

Enigk promises as "relatively stripped-down rock aesthetic" on the record. You can find the first single from the album, "Mind Idea," via Pitchfork.
