The Sidekicks have posted an update on some future plans and their new members:

Also, although he has been playing with us for about 5 months now, I guess we will take this time to officially announce the addition of our good friend (the American War) Matt Schuerman as our new guitarist/vocalist.

We have been working hard with writing new songs and we are very excited to share them. We will be going in to record an 11 song, soon to be named full length during the first couple weeks in May with our friends Andy Cook and Eric Cronnstein (sp?). Updates soon! Also, check out Matt's band,American War, on tour right now!

They released Sam [7 inch] in 2008 and So Long, Soggy Dog in 2007.
